Functions of Estate Office 

 

  • Allots Government residential accommodations to the Government officers/officials working in the Sindh Civil Secretariat who are posted at Karachi.
  • Recovers rent from the allottees/occupants of residential and issuance of NOC.
  • Cancels allotment from retired /expires and transferred allotees.
  • Proposes construction of New Accommodation (Office/Residential).
  • Ejects unauthorized occupants from government owned accommodation.
